mITX is smaller, so if you are looking to build the smallest PC possible, I'd say an miTX board and case is what you want.

I want to do a little antec skeleton mini build. I know you guys here despise that case though lol. I was trying to find a mini ITX case with an FM2 socked for the new A 10 processor from AMD, the one with the 7770 or something.
