Mini laptop...less than 10''...ebay

I'm in search of a mini laptop to carry with me at work...i'm a teacher.
I've been looking into cheap solutions and came across these laptops on ebay sold for $300 including shipping.

Any inputs on this would be much appreciated.
What do i have to look for for these kind of laptops?

But i personally will not buy from ebay when it comes to electronics.

Netbooks. I just got myself an Acer D150 from Amazon. Came with the extended battery for $300 shipped. Very fun to have around, but pretty poor performers as you might have guessed. While these will surf the web just fine, flash material kills them.

I see Newegg has one for a bit less and even free shipping. The only thing is that mine came with the slightly more powerful N280 processor. However, even Amazon listed mine as having the N270 processor...
