Misaligned Printer? wtf?

I have a HP LaserJet 1320. I use it in a small T-shirt printing bussiness. We use it to print on transparencies. when I color seperate an image and print it out into its various layers, i use registration marks, but when they are all printed out. all the registration marks are misaligned by atleast 8mm. i checked all the setings on my printer but it wont help, im planning on returning it later today unless it can be fixed.

Do you have a print alignment setting?

8mm is a lot.. but check to make sure it cant adjust itself.. print a alignment page..

thats the problem, it has no alignment thing, and im not shure is alignment because its like some images are streched... but its not all of them, if it was universial it would be ok... you see what i mean...
