Missing a motherboard/ram from final build.

After debating which board to get, I have lost myself and I'm looking for help.
New comp is for gaming only.

No overclocking or crossfiring/sli'ing.
I want usb3, sata, at least 4 dimm for ram. And decent amount of expansion slots. My card takes up 2 slots I think. Well that's all I can think I actually need. Feel free to let me know any amazing features that come with motherboards.
Or is there a board with these features and nothing else, seems like something I need.

Ram, I want 4gig of 1333 ram. I don't want to overclock so I don't feel I need 1600.
4 gig to start off with, no doubt I'd get another 4 later .
Budget for my board is no more than $150. Ram, less than $80 bucks for the 4gig.
This is the last of my questions, I'm really keen to get my build as soon as possible.
rest of the parts are;

Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB HD103SJ
Silverstone Strider Plus 600W ST60F-P
CoolerMaster HAF 912 Advanced
MSI Radeon HD6950 2GB
i5 2500

Thank for any future comments.

getting the 4GB DDR3 at this point will actually end up costing you more as better spec ram will come in future and you'll need to either upgrade entire set or live with what you've.

te 8GB will last you good 3-4 year as far as upgrade goes and they cost like 50-60% more compare to 100% more for double the size double the price, and in good deal you can get them cheap too. the ram in link above is actually faster yet cost lot less compare to 1333Mhz you want so you should go with it.

for motherboard, well yep any good motherboard will do as mostly all of them will have least 2xPCI express x16 slots.

I was under the impression sdram was old technology?
Also, Im told Asus make the best boards. I might look into that
