So when my sister connectes her cell phone the Samsung Epic running Android 2.2 and she connects her phone to her laptop the phone says connected but the laptop says device missing drivers? What you think?
There is a setting that either sets usb to charge or for data transfer, she must go into the settings and change it to data settings most likely. Plus the laptop may not have enough power for the usb ports.
In my android, htc evo, you go into settings, press connect to pc, then there is a box that says "ask me" which means ask me what type of connection when you plug it in to pc. Or I can set default to either charge, data, sync, or tethering.
