Mix-match resolution Vista

Hi all,

I bought a used PC and the monitor's max resolution is 1280x1024. That is fine for gaming in full screen. But the browser and other programs seem to be all set to a larger resolution. Is there a function in Windows Vista to make it all the same resolution?

Everything works fine its just a little annoying. I have to resize and move just about every window I open.

Check your zoom level in the browser. Make sure its set to 100 percent.

When you open your browser, just press CTRL+0 and that will reset the zoom level.

The zoom levels are set to 100%. And its not just my browser that I have to move and adjust to the screen at start program.
