Mixing RAM Frequencies

I have one stick of DDR 512mb from Crucial Technology. it runs @ 200mhz
the other stick is a samsung DDR 256mb and runs @ 133mhz.

This obviously clocks down the good stick. Is it worth removing the 256mb stick to fully-clock thr 512mb one? or is it better with an extra 256mb?

I would run both even though it is a little slower. XP will run on 512MB but it runs a lot better with more RAM.

Depending on what you go running. If your a power user and aren't wasting resources on an AV and don't have a bunch of useless stuff running in the background then I'd go with the 512MB stick. If you are running an AV and a bunch of useless stuff running you'd be better off with more memory.
