MLB.com Video on Mac

I have a Mac and the video from mlb.com doesn't play well using the Windows Media Player for Mac. I can get it to work and play clips but it is very old and outdated and it takes for ever to buffer. I downloaded this Flip For Mac thing but now the clips are all screwed up (doens't load proberly). What can I do?
 
You know when you play Quicktime videos theres the bar with the play/pause and forward/back buttons and theres a circle that moves across the bar as the video plays? Theres about 4 of them that load and the video is out of position.
