MMC card jam in card reader

i got a RS-MMC and it got jam inside the card reader .. any idea how to get it out ?

is it usb, or in a cd slot in your computer? if usb, just take it apart.

the card slot is jsut below my cd drive

take the card reader out of the pc, take it apart, remove the card then put it back together

or you could buy a new one, those things cost like what , six dollars?
