MoBo bios update

I am having a few problems which i am to lazy to fix my self since I have a killer headache right now.

I went to reformat my computer and while in the process I get this error:
file \i3686\ntkrnlmp.exe error code 7

So I googled it and was told that if is either my bios or ram.
So I then clear my cmos and the same deal.

I'm looking for the latest update for my mobo bios right now but can't anymore.

MoBo:
EVGA nForce4 SLI x16

Bios:
Phoenix award bios v6.00pg

Any help would be great.

I'll get around to running memtest later.
