Mobo cd error

Well I was cleaning off some programs from my comp and deleted my ethernet/ network drivers by accident. When I pop my mobo cd back in to reinstall them I get an error. The error is:
asusacpi.exe has encountered...
So basically I can't go anywhere with it. I've googled the error and didn't come up with anything. Would I be albe to installed them manually? If so where would they gol?
