I'm planning on my first build over the summer, but I can't seem to come across a specific motherboard to use. I'm trying to keep the budget as close to $800 as possible. So far I'll be using:
amd64 3200+
1x1gb corsair value select ddr400 184pin
evga 6800xt
western digi sata hd
probably 3 case fans
In the future I'll upgrade the ram another gig and switch over to a dual-core processor, which I guess is my main issue. I believe I've narrowed it down to one of these two boards:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131584
The first is $110, while the second is about $50 in the amd3200+ combo. I don't think I'll be needing SLi, but the first says it has dualcore compatibility while the second does not, and I AM planning to upgrade to dualcore. But, if I don't upgrade the processor for 2, 3, maybe 4 years, which would be a better choice?
EDIT: Also, on the cheaper mobo (2nd link), what is this Radeon XPRESS 200 CrossFire ATX Is it going to short-change me somewhere? Or is/will everything still be compatible?
