Mobo + Graphics Card?

Hello, would some one be able to tell me if i could use a core duo on this board and a nvidia 8800gtx?
It's the ASUS Commando
I was a little unsure thats all.

Yeah It will work with a core duo but that board is designed for ATI Crossfire Graphics cards.

Im sure it will work with one 8800GTX but I dunno how it would run, I`d either wait for the R600 ATi chips are out or get a nVidia board.
