The new model card(PCI-E 2.0) will run on the PCI-E 1.1 model board seen there. But you wouldn't realize the full potential of the card since it would be backwarding itself being a PCI-E 2.0 model.

For seeing the most out of the new model card you would need to browse for a newer model board. That's where you would see the perfomance value.
