Mobo Manual/drivers? RS480m

Hi guys, been awhile. i usually do not have this hard of a time finding drivers/ user manuals. i got a older pc from a friend, and am turning it into a HTPC. the mobo says "RS480" on it.the southbridge (i think) sais ATI IXP 400, sb400.

if anyone can help find me the main drivers, and the user manual so i can get the front panel plugged in correctly, i would REALLY appreciate it.

Well pretty sure thats just the chipset on the board. ATI RS480/SB400. Pretty sure ECS made one called the RS480-M
