UK's ebay, just buy an working model of your laptop without the optical drives, screen, keyboard, ram, and all that. Just salvage the motherboard. Get an good deal on ebay and compare with Toshiba's prices.

And the guy called me today. £240 new and £220 refurbished!!
Maybe it is possible to fix it?
