i have this modem (dial-up- the make is Conexant) and whenever i dial my connection on a ServicePack 2 machine it gives an error saying " remote host could not be contacted or something"....i tried this on another SP2 pc and it gave the same error so i sued a SP1 pc and it worked fine.
so where is the prob exactly ?..is it security on SP2 ? or maybe some network thingy now working ?...
