Moderately priced 600w power supply?

I'm looking for (like I said) a moderately priced 600w power supply. I would prefer one that is modular or semi-modular, and has cables long enough to reach everything in a Lancool PC-k58w case.

What sort of budget would you consider moderately priced?

$80 or lower- preferably with a MIR.

I was considering the OCZ ModXstream, but I heard it has short cables.

EDIT: just realized danthrax lives pretty close to me cool to see a lot of "local" people on the forums.

Here is an Antec 650w for $70...I ran an Antec 650w for years and it was solid as a rock! Pushed my GTX 260 with no issues.

XFX 650w for $89 but it has a $20 MIR which makes it $69. I have never used XFX but a few smart people here say they are really good power supplies.

Speaking of which, the 750W version is only $80 right now. For a high quality, semi-modular 750W 80+ Bronze unit with a 5 year warranty, that's one hell of a deal.

Wow, I think I might have to grab that TP 750w. I would prefer the looks and what not to the XFX, but $80 for 750w is a great deal. It would give me a lot of room for upgrades. Now I just need to convice my mom to buy it for x-mas...
