"Modifying this folder will affect all users..."

"Modifying this folder will affect all users who log on to this computer. Do you want to continue?"

This applies to all folders and files in the "All Users" folder, and since I am the only user on my pc, and it's really annoying, does anyone know of a registry hack to disable this message?

I do a lot of moving around of start menu items, OK? So it pops up for me more than for the average user.

And yes I find it annoying, maybe you wouldn't, but you're not posting this post, are you?
