Molex Connectors :)) Please Help

Hey I wanted to ask anyone to please explain which wire is which in the standard 4-pin Molex connector and what volatages they carry. I know )think I know) that some of them carry 5V and 12V. Which is which please help.

Great!

I just realised that I connected one of my fans up to the 5volt raiL! I am so dumb! Anyway this really helps man!
