Molex to 3 Pin Fan

Where can I find adaptors from the 4 pin molex plug to 3 pin fan plug, so that I can plug my fans directly to the Mobo. The Antec case I got (P180) came with 3 fans (two in top chamber / one in lower) and I would like to have the two top ones connected directly to the Mobo, but the fan plugs are 4 pin molex. Thanks in advance for any and all info.
