Monitor decisiions

I found three monitors that looked pretty nice. However, I can't decide which one is better. Also, any idea if the contrast ratios listed in the spec's of the LG and Spectre is dynamic or static?

Hmm, if the LG and Sceptre contrasts are static then they beat the Samsung hands down. So, how big of a difference is 3000:1 contrast from 2000:1? And does 2 inches beat an extra 1000 contrast? Also, what will be the difference between 16.7 million colors and 16.2?

*Sigh* Delete this whole thread, I answered my own questions and found a different monitor, lol.
