Monitor Display Help - Sideways

I'm posting this up for a friend of mine. SHe's unsure how it happened or when it did, just know that it happened overnight while she was sleeping.

Basically, in short:

Her computer screen image completely turned into it's side. She's not sure how to change it from that back to how it's normally displayed, and she doesn't much enjoy turning her head sideways to read what's on the screen.

Quick help would be nice.

Ummmm.......interesting.
I checked and tried with what i found. im seeing laptop.
try CTR+ALT+ arrow keys to invert.

hummm, Try if you can, Right click the desktop and there may be something for the video card settings, Look in there for something that says rotate 90 degrees.
