i want a new monitor, needs to have DVI and a response time under 15 ms.......also needs to fit under a 16" tall desk.....so as much real estate as posible in that zone.....cheap as possible, bigger than 17"

Since you know what you want, why not go out to your local computer store and get it? Most LCD screens no matter how cheap is under 15ms anyway.

Do you have a budget? And do you mind widescreen?

WHy not go to a store and measure some monotors. Once you find one there you like, look around places like newegg and see if you could find them cheaper. That's what I do

Yeah once you settle on a model that you like, then head over to some online sites like Newegg or ebay and find a screen with the same model number.
