monitor into a tv

i know theres a type of box or adaptor you can by to turn your monitor into a tv, i was just wondering if anyone knew of any that are particularly good, or cheap (the cheaper the better) even just an rgb to svideo adapter would work. if anyone knows of anything and comments, it would be greatly apprciated

get a video card like a ATI Radeon 9600 all-in-wonder tv tuner or get a monitor like mine - Samsung 150MP

just get a tv card

Get a TV card, like an ATI All-In-Wonder, or get a video card with a TV tuner built in. I would recommend the TV card configuration.
