Monitor Need to install Inf file.... No work Please Help!

I have a 1920x1080 monitor i restarted the computer now everything is fuzzy not sharpened its wierd i've look hours for solution nothing uhm here the monitor i have http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/36...239fwt_touchmate_21_5_inch_monitor/index.html

the monitor came with disc but doesnt let me install just takes me to this website

i run the disc then i click install this shit shows up last time i did it installed it perfectly without taking me to this????????
 
Look in device manager to make sure that the display adapter driver has been installed. Look for any entries with yellow question marks next to them. Usually thats all thats required. All monitors these days are plug and play so no driver needed.
