Ok, so I have this computer (duh)

Its running with a GeForce 4 or something like that. AGP. Im not too sure exact model though. But everytime I turn on the computer the monitor 9/10 will not start. Sometimes it wont turn on at all. Then if it does turn on itll only work for like a few minutes then freeze. When i switch monitors it works for a little while, then screws up again. Please help

New Graphics Card

Your best bet is to get a new graphics card which would be about $35\or try a different one without paying\ to get a card twice as powerful as yours. Other than that it could be a motherboard problem. This would pretty much be given if you have onboard video and that video is the problem.

Onboard Video

Onboard Video can be distinguished between a card is that with onboard video the monitor gets plugged in the same area on the back as serial port, printer, mouse, keyboard, usb, and somtime CAT 5. If the monitor get plugged in by the rows of horizontal slots that the card inside fits in. Or you could just open it up and if there is a card in a different sized port than the rest, but not real tiny, then it is not on-board.

But you said you have an agp Geforce 4 so that would not be onboard. I only threw in the onboard problem in case you aren't sure.
