Monitor problem?

Ive been running dual 20" LCD screens. Yesterday, one of them just shut off and it would not turn back on by pressing the power button. So I unplugged and let it sit, then I plugged it back in and turned it on. It came on but now it has a couple of faint horizontal scrolling lines that are continuous.

Anybody know how to fix this?

id say only way is to get a new moniter

You should take steps to find out if it's a monitor problem, or your graphics card. Like check the graphics card with another monitor, and check the monitor with another computer, see what happens. You'll have a better idea what to do then.
