This is my first build and there seems to be a problem. I hooked up my monitor to my comp after i built it and turned it on. The Monitor then said "No Signal." What is the problem?

its like the monitor isnt plugged in
my monitor says (no input signal going to powersave)
I think its time for a new video card,
but yea ill try that to thanks..
