Monitor problem

Hey I got this problem

as i was starting my computer and could not display anything apart from those statements.

please any body help

you mean when turn on your pc only these messages appear?

That sounds like something on the card itself went. The system is alerting you to a bad card. Instead of hearing one long and two short beeps when first powering up the system with that audio alert you are seeing the hardware failure message onscreen. You may want to try another card as a means of seeing if that is what happened.
