Monitor Scratch Guard

Do they have screen/screen guards for monitors.
Do you use one?

Whenever I see anything on my screen I get so tensed, and then discover that it was just a smudge and wipe it off.
I want a scratch guard for my monitor. It is a 23" widescreen monitor.
Can someone tell me where can I get one of those?

dangit, now you got me wanting one, i hate when crap is on the screen and i have a gray/black theme on my ubuntu so it shows all the smudges from like sneezes then trying to wipe it off, i need some rubbing alchohol or whatever to clean my crap

Those are some ridiculous prices. My panel itself is $180, I would not drop another $90 on the screen guard.
I would rather get some insurance for it .

yeah really, should prob have something cheaper somewhere, otherwise a thin plastic sheet and something like elmer's spray glue i guess would work about the same
