Ghosting, 2ms, etc...

My Monitor looks great and has great color. But if you have a very light screen they're 2 very tiny black lines going across the screen horizontally.

Can someone give me a little bit of monitor education?

Ghosting- a problem (mainly with lcd's) when the pixels that make up the picture need to turn on and off but cant do it fast enough so you get a fuzzy image

2ms- is millisecond, and is the response time of the monitor, its very similar to crt's refresh rate, 2ms is 2milliseconds response time and is considered to be great for an lcd, you will almost certainly not see any ghosting with a 2ms

and those lines are obviously not normal lol it means the monitors broke so i would return it BUT just be sure to check all your connections and wires it may end up being a simple faulty wire
