Monitor/TV suggestions?

Hi,
I'm looking for suggestions for a monitor/tv that I can use for my laptop, but also as a tv when needed. I don't want to spend a huge amount, and am looking for something between 19-22". What are my best options? Cheers.

I have a 24" Samsung Syncmaster and am very happy with it. I didn't spring for the SyncmasterHD but they are out there and will double as a TV.
