Hey, my internet connection sends and receives sometimes when I'm not actually doing anything on the internet.
My question is are there any programs out there that tell you WHAT is attempting to access your internet connection? I know Norton anti virus kindof does it, but I dont want millions of warning dialog boxes popping up every time I hit enter on MSN messenger, I just want to be able to open something and check there's nothing dodgy or suspicious sending 1,000,000 emails with viruses to all my contacts or downloading the internet.
Any ideas? It's getting to the point where my connection is being really slowed!
