Monitoring Network Traffic (to internet, specific clients)

So I play quite a few online games. I also have several other people (roomates) using the network. At times, I will notices huge amounts of lag and .. I have no idea where to point a finger.

I recently purchased an ASUS RT-N66U and it works great. I wasn't sure if there was anything I could use with the router to determine how much bandwidth each client on the network is using. The router itself does have a network monitoring tab, but it seems to only show overall usage instead of client based.

Any thoughts?

If it's not in the Network Monitor section (with QoS) then the router doesn't support it out of the box. There may be software you can run to listen to how much each port is sending.
