Well I was just wondering why would you want to? is it because you think it should cool more? The best thing I would do is probably do a bios update. The manufacturer should know if there should be a fix for something or not. Whether the fans should come on earlier or shift to a higher speed. Swapping out a fan would be difficult, reasons because finding one that would fit the chassis would be hard, then finding one that would fit the connector, and (depending on the system) see if it'll shift speeds the same way the original did.
