more than 4 drives

How do i get more then 4 cd/HDD on my computer?... I have only 2 ports on my motherboard, and each cord of mine can only connect to two devices. Are there cords that can connect to more devices, or extensions to the cords to allow more? Or can my motherboard not support anymore?

yes there are some pci cards that will give you 2 more extensions

but if he has a ata hard drive already then yes you can get a card. if he does not yes you can get sata
