ok let me start with the story the other day my buddy got 15 invoice emails form paypal so he went to check some1 got into his paypal account and purchased 600 dollars worth of stuff, Blizzards WoW, EZwow gold, nc soft being guild wars 600 of that stuff well of course we contacted paypal and they put a hold on everything but we got to thinkin his lil 14 year old brother plays wow and guildwars and new the password to his paypal as soon as we said something about it he went and deleted all of his history from the browser. now my ? is is there another way to bring the history back or find what was deleted.. and i also checked his install logs and stuff it didnt show ne thing so now we just want to view his history if some 1 could give me some help on this that would be great. thx guys and gals
 
I dont think that you will be able to bring back his history. But perhaps you can find out where the packages were being mailed too.

Second thing I thought of, perhaps you could check his cookies...granted, as long as he hasnt deleted those either...

Or beat it out of him...

well we tried checkin but when u purchase online it gives u the download fromt he site and a serial. and ill try the cookies. haha and yea i suggested the beaten but his ma wouldnt be to happy
 
If he actually deleted his history right after you questioned him, then isn't it obvious he's guilty? For proof, I'm sure you could check IP's or downloads to find where the software is being downloaded to.
 
well we do not need to blame his brother ne more, after finding doin some research alot of searching over the web we matched a sn for aim with a email address used on his paypal well using that sn we found everything we need, the persons real name, address, phone number, location, and everything else. we are goin to the police tom to have them call the local police around his area to press charges, we did some research and he will be charged with grand theft, monetary theft, and possibly identity theft since he used my buddies name and everything.. we will see what happens but just for grand theft its a possible 16 months in prison

well went to the police station today, and they cant do ne thing cuz it happened in 2 dif states being we live here and he lives there, so they gave us the number and location of the nearest FBI branch and said we need to contact them cuz its considered a federal matter, so we are doin that tom
