Id go with either an OCZ vertex 2/3 or the latest Intel 320 25-nm.
Your not going to get many games on it though unless you have plenty of cash and can get a large capacity drive or able to do get more than one drive and do Raid 0.
I have a 60GB vertex 2,and with the OS + Antivirus + Drivers ive got around 27.1gb free....no games on it whatsoever.
RAID 0 and SSD will not really improve gaming at all. They will only improve disk I/O which will affect things like load times. After the game loads the rest will be determined by Processor and GPU for the most part. RAM plays a small part but 99.9% of games are 32bit and cannot access more than 4gigs of RAM. Disk I/O performance increase does not boost frames per a second.
Really, your best bet for your money to is to run your OS and apps on the SSD and use a SATA for games and data. Since games take up so much space.
