Motherboard Advice

I'm in the middle of a system build and need some advice on a motherboard selection. I have narrowed it down to an x38/48 board as well as a few selections that I like. I would like to have the following onboard; RAID control, SATA, USB 2.0, 1394, Dual LAN, eSATA, Optical and PCI Express 2.0 x16. Onboard audio and video don't matter b/c I will have my own.

the 38/48 are amazing specs but this would be similiar

I'm doing CF. That's why I'm going with the 38/48. If I was doing SLI then I would definitely be getting that EVGA board. I've heard some great stuff about it.

id go with which ever one has more ports then. they are all gonna be some what the same performance.

OK, so some people have mentioned that it is hard to choose a board when they don't know my budget or what I will be using with the board or what I will be using it for. So my budget is about $2500 for my system. I will be using anywhere from 2 to 4 hard drives in RAID, 1 burner, 1 blu-ray player, 1 media card reader w built in floppy drive, 4gb ddr2 1066 mem, q9450 cpu, 2 video cards in CF, 1 sound card, 1 ultra-120 extreme cpu cooler and a front fan control panel. All of this will be installed into a Stacker 830 Evo case. My motherboard options have changed to the following three....
