The specification on my motherboard are...

* Supports 800/533 Mhz System bus
* Supports DDR2 533/400 SDRAM Memory

what are these..

I am using a DDR2 1GB 667 RAM for years and the software can access it. Is it causing any internal problems.

What motherboard do you actually have? Most likely the ram is being downclocked to 533 speeds instead of 667.

Yeah, your memory is just being downclocked to 533mhz. No issues will come from having it at slower speed.

Does using a Graphic card free the RAM from video memory occupied by integrated grapics chip.

Yes, a dedicated card will free up your memory to do other things.
