Out of those four choices, your best bet would be to go with ESC Elitegroup. I've done some research and they have lots of mobo's. They have for like 5 different chipsets and there's over 100 different mobo's
Out of those, no. I've build systems with all of them at one time or another for various reasons. They are not brands that I would pick outright. I would stick with Asus/Gigabyte/DFI/EVGA and some Foxconns boards.
I agree with stanglehold, stick with Asus/Gigabyte if you can... the Gigabyte EP35 is a great mid-range mobo ($83 on newegg) if your looking in that price range
Foxconn makes boards with nvidia/AMD/SIS/Intel, with all chipsets. Its the other way around, pretty sure Foxconn makes all of EVGA and XFX motherboards.
