i just want a list of mobos that r compatible with
AMD (754pin) Sempron 3000+
thanx in advance


Would Asus (AMD-939) A8X-S be compatible?? or ASUS (AMD-754) K8V?

The K8V will. But the A8X is a Socket 939 board. You can only use Socket 939 boards with 939 processors. Probably any Socket 754 by now with the latest bios update will run a Socket 754 Sempron.
