Motherboard Cpu compatibility

I have a delema I'm hoping someone can help me with (HP certainly hasn't). I have an HP Pavilion 780n with a P4B266-LA motherboard and am trying to find out what the fastest CPU is I can upgrade to. Any body have a clue on this one? Thanks.

I currently have a 1.8GHz pentium 4, (Willamette, Northwood) FSB 400MHz w/2GB of Ram. I'm trying to find out what I can upgrade to or if it is even an option. And if it is not an option would OCing be a viable option? Thanks for any light you can shed on this.
