Motherboard Dilemma

I want to build a new Desktop system.......
First I am going to choose my Motherboard...
I have chosen the Biostar TPower I45 board...
I want to know its actual Pro's and Con's....
I want to if ti has the latest chipset drivers...
I have chosen this board because of its overclocking ability. You can also
suggest other extreme boards like this one. Please lend your valuable info on this one
 
Hai Everyone I am also considering the Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3P board...
Any suggestions would help.....
Please share your knowledge and experience
