All the Motherboards I look at want a nForce4/nForce4 Ultra etc. chipset. Do I need to get an MCP as well as a normal graphics card with a GPU??
 
No, an MCP is the chipset, which is soldered onto the board. You just need a regular graphics card.

And wait a bit before you bump... as in 24 hours, not 10 minutes.
