motherboard for gaming machine

hi, im starting to put a gaming tower together, looking for ideas where too start, going to be buying bit by bit so not a budget as such, but needs to be resonable priced.......not sure if im going for i5 or i7 or amd cpu, but prob going to use a crossfire set up for graphic card, so what do u guys think!! what my options for motherboards? im going to look around old post also..

hey thatks for the reply, i kept checking but none...lol, um....ok! im prob thinking £100 for mobo an around £150 for cpu.....i keep meening to go to one thses coputer fairs...see what prices are like....or are web prices around the same these days

Computer fairs ore okay and do tend to be cheap,However im not sure what type of warrenty they give with the parts....best just getting them from a store.
