Motherboard for Intel Core 2 Duo

Right now I am thinking of purchasing the Core 2 Duo E6400 and I am looking for a reasonably priced motherboard for this chip. Now since I already have two good harddrives (160GB and 80GB) on IDE connectors, I will need to find a motherboard with those connections (also for my cd-rom drives) and an AGP 8x slot for my vid card. I was doing same research and I came upon this mother board ASRock 775Dual-VSTA Socket 775. It has what I'm looking for, but is this a good motherboard. If not what do you recommend?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using my PC for gaming and schoolwork (MS Office, internet) and watching videos. Seeing that there are hardly any motherboards suited to my needs, I might aswell buy a SATA harddrive and hook up my 160 GB HD through a IDE controller card. So now I can look around at a wider selection of motherboards w/ DDR2 and DDR RAM slots incase i want to upgrade further in the future.

I would also think about dumping the AGP video card.... PCI-E is better. You will probably find more selections for motherboards going with PCI-E over AGP IDE boards are still pretty plentiful. My board have 2 IDE connection (4 devices) and 4 SATA connections.
