Motherboard for New Build

I'm planning on building a PC and I was wondering what would be the best motherboard. I am planning on using an Intel Pentium D 805 Smithfield 533MHz FSB LGA 775 Dual Core. I do a lot of gaming and am going to put a high end graphics card into this PC. I'm thinking about getting this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813186097

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on a better motherboard or even CPU please say so.

I just bought this for my other computer that runs a GeForce 7950GX2 and uses Pentium D 930 it runs it soo perfect.
