I'm planning to upgrade to a Q6600 from a Presler Pentium D. I was wondering if there is a motherbaord that supports the Q6600 and also the Pentium D Presler as well?

I read his post wrong, any motherboard that can support the Q6600 can also support dual-cores, such as the Core 2 Duo, Pentium D, or the single-core Pentium 4's.Yes... but what about future quad core processors?
The motherboard I showed the P35 D3L supports Quad core motherboards. I came across the Asus P5K, its a pretty good medium range motherboard. It has solid state capacitors and even a heatpipe. It a tad more expensive then the gigabyte one but I think its worth it. I have read in the reviews that its really good for overclock with heaps of voltage controls. Does anybody have that card? If so, what are your experiences with it, I'm planning on getting at the end of November when I upgrade my motherboard.
Just the P5K, the Deluxe is WAY out of my budget.
